We currently ship within Italy , the United States, Germany, France  and to select international countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to email us at support@houseofajandaj.com before placing your order.

⏱ Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

If you don’t receive your tracking info within a few days, or if something doesn’t look right, just get in touch — we’re happy to help.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our prices and vary by country.

Delays caused by customs are unfortunately out of our hands, but we’ll support you however we can.

❗ Delays & Issues

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier — but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong. Please contact us if:

  • Your package is marked as delivered, but you didn’t receive it

  • Your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days

  • Your item arrives damaged or incorrect
